We require an initial free consultation for all new clients. This is so we can meet
with you and your pet to discuss the services you are interested in. During that
initial visit we will discuss any detailed instructions you may have to best care
for your pet(s), as well as home key transfer, and home security codes/instructions
where applicable. This consultation will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Please
have the new client paperwork printed and filled out before our first visit.
Payments are due at the completion of service, unless the service is ongoing. We
require a 50% deposit at the beginning of continual service, and the remaining balance
at the end of each month thereafter. There is a $40.00 charge for returned checks,
or late payments.
On major holiday’s (Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence
Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day) there will a 50% additional charge when service
is provided on these days.
We require 24 hour notice be given when you have to cancel a scheduled service. If
services are canceled with less then 24 hour notice, the client will be charged the
full amount. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis where warranted.
There is a charge for key pick up and drop off if occurring outside the initial consultation
or completion of service. If requested, we will keep a duplicate key for future
services in a secure location at no charge.
